At Mint Essentials, every product is intentionally prepared and carefully inspected before it reaches you. Because we offer hair and scalp products, hygiene and quality are extremely important to us.
We want you to love your purchase and if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, and unaltered

The product has not been opened, installed, or manipulated

The item remains in its original packaging

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, installed, worn, or tampered with.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@mintessentialshair.com

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
