Shipping Policy

At Mint Essentials, each order is carefully prepared and packaged with intention. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every product meets our quality standards before it leaves us.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, Mint Essentials is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider. However, we are always happy to help guide you through next steps if needed.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the package resent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Mint Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this occurs, we recommend:

  • Contacting the carrier directly

  • Filing a claim with the shipping provider
